" Algeria is celebrating today the national day of diplomacy that coincides with October 8th each year. The national diplomacy which is marked by a strong return to the international arena thanks to the great importance granted to it by the Algerian state headed by the president of the republic Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
