Two Swedish human right activists, sanaa Ghotbi and Benjamin Ladraa, are in Algiers after biking 30.000km through 30 countries from Sweden via Japan to Western Sahara to raise awareness globally about Africa’s last colony, the occupied Western Sahara and the brutal human right violations committed by the Moroccan occupier.
The campaign held under the theme “Bike For Western Sahara” is also aimed at mobilizing the public opinion for the immediate implementation of a free and fair referendum in Western Sahara.
In the following interview our colleague Djamel Selmani will highlight the most fascinating moments of the Solidarity Rising Tour with the two activists
